Leosmary Gálvez is a Cuban-American entrepreneur and the founder of RevCap Partners LLC, a boutique firm that connects brokers and private lenders through exclusive access, strategic alignment, and trusted relationships.

Her journey started early — working in her father’s mortgage company at just 17 while pursuing her education. She earned a degree in Political Science with a minor in Criminal Justice from Florida International University, and later began a master’s program at Harvard University. But her calling led her beyond the classroom — into the world. She chose to follow her passion, building businesses, forging high-level partnerships, and traveling globally to meet with influential leaders across finance, government, and international markets.

Those experiences shaped her vision: to create a private, relationship-driven lending platform rooted in trust, integrity, and results. Through RevCap, Leosmary provides brokers with access to premium lending partners and gives lenders confidence in well-structured, high-quality deals — all through deeply personal, curated relationships.
